What is the duration of a typical session?
High-Intensity Training (HIT) at Carpe Diem Strength is programmed for low frequency, typically 1x or 2x per week. This protocol is designed around the biological necessity of recovery; the intense stimulus of HIT requires significant downtime for the body to overcompensate and build muscle tissue. Training more frequently often leads to systemic fatigue and diminished returns. By focusing on 1-2 sessions, we ensure maximum intensity during the workout and optimal physiological adaptation during the rest periods.
